#FeaturePet Meet JOSIE! She’s a small kitty with a big personality! Josie absolutely loves watching the birds through the window and will get very active and vocal. She plays with her cat foster siblings and would do well in a house with younger, active cats. She's okay with a dog too but may occasionally hiss or swat to let them know not to get too close. Josie is about 1 year old and was rescued from the pound because her time was almost up. She's very affectionate and playful and is always seeking attention. She snuggles with her foster parents every night when they sleep. Josie will sometimes bite especially if startled by touch when she's engaged in something like bird watching--not to harm, just to warn. She responds well to positive reinforcement and pheromone diffusers, though, and is improving. We think she would do well in a home with no children or one with older children.

#FeaturePet Say hello to DARWIN! We're surprised this fluffy boy is not adopted yet! He's a handsome three year old male who's extremely food motivated! While he was shy in the beginning, he's really coming out of his shell in his foster home and is a complete sweetheart! He’s always seeking out love and once you sit down he comes running for attention and head scratches. He’s good friends to his foster mates Ada and Rosalind but is not fond of the dog in the house. He's also a fan of string toys and cat wands. We believe Darwin may have seen some rough times in the past but he's an incredibly sweet guy and deserves a second chance at a loving home!
